Kidz Club focuses on the development and use of social skills in age appropriate natural play settings.  Classes will be co-led by an occupational therapist and a teacher and will utilize a variety of typical school play settings including playgrounds, gym, classrooms & bike yard.  The group targets making friends, taking turns, reading social cues, and improving peer interaction.  Structured classes involve an instructional group time, sensory based activities, group motor games and snack time.  A parent group meets on Tuesdays at the same time to facilitate carryover of skills to home and school environments.
