PROGRAM FOR “NEW TWOS”
The “New Twos” Summer Class is a wonderful first separation experience for your young two year old. Parents or caregivers are encouraged to stay until their child is comfortable. There is a lot of outdoor playtime, water play, many messy art activities and the typical classroom activities appropriate for our youngest learners.
In order to attend the “New Twos” summer program, your child must turn two by June 1, 2010. The class will consist of a group of approximately 10 – 13 children with a teacher, 2 assistant teachers and 1 counselor. Toddlers do not need to be toilet trained for summer camp.
TODDLER / TRANSITIONAL SUMMER PROGRAM
The Toddler / Transitional Summer Program is for the two to three year old who has attended a program where they comfortably separated from their caregiver during the past school year. There is a lot of outdoor playtime, water play, messy art activity, hands on science, music and so much more! If your child was in an Alcott School Toddler Class, every effort will be made to place him/her with classmates from the previous school year. The Toddler class will consist of a group of approximately 15-17 children with a teacher, two assistant teachers and a counselor. Children do not need to be toilet trained.
