Birthday Parties

The gym at our Scarsdale site is available to be used for children's birthday parties.  The gym will accommodate up to 25 children and is suitable for children up to 7 years old. 

The gym is available during the following time periods:

• Saturdays 12:30-2:00
• Saturdays 3:00-4:30
• Sundays 1:30-3:00
• Sundays 4:00-5:30

An Alcott Staff Person is required to be in attendance for the duration of the party.  The cost of the gym is as follows:

• Alcott Staff Person: $75 for the first 1 1/2 hours.  Additional time will be charged at $15 per half hour or any part of the half hour.  The Staff Person must be paid in cash on the day of the party.
• Alcott School Gym: $75 donation.

There Will Be No Refunds

To reserve the Alcott School gym, please send your $75 donation (by check made payable to Alcott School) to our Scarsdale address along with the Application Form.
