Reminder - No school on Monday, May 31 as we observe Memorial Day
Save the date: Moving Up celebration Wednesday June 23 rd at 2:30pm!

Dear Parents,
We have spent these past two weeks working on the ocean animals. The children enjoyed working on
the ocean animal crafts, especially the Dory fish and shark. We also read books about ocean
animals, and danced to our favorite songs, “Let’s go swimming”, and “Baby Shark”. We have been
working on our underwater floor and table puzzles and explored sink and float science experiments.
We have been observing the life cycle of the butterfly. We watched our six caterpillars turn into a
chrysalis and emerge into beautiful butterflies. The students took turns feeding the butterflies for few
days before we released them.
We also have been busy working on our Father’s Day crafts, singing Father’s Day songs, practicing
for our end of the year Moving Up Ceremony and as always enjoying our outdoor time whenever
weather permits.

Friendly reminders:
*  Please apply sunscreen daily, before sending your child to school
*  Time to replenish their extra clothes for the season (please label each item)

All the best,
Kaltrina, Diane, Ruby and Marie
