We will have a sitewide Pajama Day on Fri Feb 26th –
please send your child in some cozy PJ’s!
Dear Parents,
The past few weeks have been very fun for the children, they were able to explore outside in the snow, make snow angels and laugh and play. We have been reading Valentines
books and making beautiful cards for family and friends. We had a great Valentines party
and had a fun time decorating our card bags. The children also created Chinese lanterns
for the New year celebration! We have been playing word games to teach us
letter sounds. The children continue to have their music class and are learning new
winter songs. We continue to create beautiful maps of the world and will be sending
them home. February is Black history month and we have been reading great books
describing the achievements and accomplishments of black Americans. We created
a unity and kindness board which displays words of positive things we can do in
our classroom. We hope you enjoyed the winter recess and are staying safe.
All the best,
Ms. Lorraine, Ms. Lillian and Ms. Patti
