Greetings Parents,

The children have been learning about hibernation, they made their own book showing all the various animals that hibernate this time of year. Also, we have been learning about Claude Monet the famous impressionist artist. They will be creating their own painting using his same technique. We read the book titled Katie and the Waterlily Pond by James Mathew. The children are also going outside as much as possible. We will have a scavenger hunt outside with items that begin with the letters H and P. We had a visit from Ms Christina the Spanish teacher, we learned many new songs, the days of week and months of the year. We will be making a clothesline to display a colorful wardrobe of construction paper winter clothes. We are looking forward to seeing you at the upcoming conferences on ZOOM.

Fondly,

Ms. Lorraine, Ms. Patti and Ms. Lillian
