Dear Families,

In the coming weeks, our class will be learning about plants and insects. We will learn the parts of a flower, how a seed grows, the difference between plants and animals, how insects pollinate, and much more. While outside we will learn to recognize different types of trees and spring flowers. Hopefully, we will see some insects outside too! We will learn the parts of a butterfly, how a caterpillar changes into a butterfly, and the difference between insects and spiders. We are looking forward to spending time outside in the warm spring days ahead. We will also celebrate Earth Day by planting a seed to grow in the classroom.

Warmest regards,

Ms. Jess, Mrs. Pascal, Ms. Nancy & Ms. Dionisia
