Hello Families,

Welcome back, we hope that your Thanksgiving break was filled with joy and peace. The month of December is quickly approaching and we are looking forward to continuing to share the holiday season with our students. We are excited and hopeful about sharing all the fun activities we have in store for the children.

During the month of December our class will have an opportunity to explore and learn about holiday celebrations and customs that people around the world use to celebrate (such as foods, songs, and dance). During our classroom time we will listen to music from countries such as Italy, Mexico, France and Germany. We will read storybooks about festive holiday traditions from around the world. We will share our own holiday traditions with each other and learn some new songs along the way. The Nature of Things will visit our classroom this month and our class is looking forward to discovering what types of interesting animals Ms. Marissa will bring.

Warmest regards, Mrs. Rocafuerte, Mrs. Cinquina and Ms. Guglielmi
